INFORMATION




  • All items are shipped standard through FedEx or USPS.

  • Orders are dispatched within 1 business day upon receipt of cleared payment and may take up to 7 business days in transit. Please allow up to 8 business days for delivery after processing.

  • For international customers outside the lower 48 states, please contact us.

  • Items pulled from the shelf will leave our location within 1 business day or 24 hours. Parts requiring extraction from the vehicle will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • We generally do not ship abroad. It is recommended to ship to a friend or family member in the Mainland U.S. and have them forward it to you.

  • We do not typically ship beyond the Mainland US, with exceptions for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada via FedEx.

  • Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada is available for select parts at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

  • We do not ship to PO or APO box addresses. Orders with a PO or APO box address will not be shipped until a valid address is provided.

  • We will email tracking information at the time of shipment.

  • If a signature at the time of delivery is desired, please contact us immediately.

  • California customers are subject to California state sales tax.

  • Examine your package promptly upon accepting delivery. Damages and evidence of tampering on the outer packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt by the driver.


FREIGHT




  • All cargo deliveries require a business name and address, and sometimes forklift access for heavy items such as engines, transmissions, hoods, bumpers, doors, trunk lids, axles, and more. If a forklift is not available, and the delivery driver needs to use their lift gate, the buyer is responsible for a $50 lift gate fee. Buyers have the option of picking up the part from a nearby cargo center, and in such a case, we would provide the location and phone number of the cargo hub. The buyer must have access to a truck and arrive with valid identification.

  • Items with cargo shipping are those whose weight and dimensions exceed what is permissible for FedEx or USPS.

  • If a forklift is not available and the delivery driver needs to use their lift gate, the buyer is responsible for up to $100 in lift gate fees.

  • All items pulled from the shelf will leave our location within 1 business day or 24 hours. Parts that need to be extracted from the vehicle will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Buyers can choose the option of picking up the part from a nearby cargo center, and in such a case, we would provide the location and phone number of the cargo hub. The buyer must have access to a truck and arrive with valid identification.

TROUBLESHOOTING



  • Package Inspection and Reporting: Please take a moment to inspect your package before accepting delivery. Any damages or signs of tampering with the outer packaging should be promptly noted on the delivery receipt by the driver.
  • Shipping Issues:
    • Shipping Damage: Damages must be reported and documented with the carrier immediately. Orders lost in transit should be reported to us promptly. We are not liable for damages caused by the carrier. A claim must be filed with the Shipping Company to facilitate an exchange. If you receive a damaged item, please report it to us within 48 hours from the date of receipt. No exceptions.
  • Missing Items: Please check the packing slip included with your shipment. To fulfill your order quickly and efficiently with items currently in stock, we may need to separate your order into multiple shipments, as indicated on the packing slip. Rest assured, you won't be charged any additional shipping costs beyond what you have initially paid.   • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please report it to us within 3 business days from the date of receipt. We will arrange for the pickup of the incorrect items, and the replacement may be sent once the original item is received and confirmed by us. If the returned item matches the vehicle information in the listing or product description, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus postage charges for both ways.
  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. We can only ship to your PayPal address or the address entered, so please confirm that your information is accurate before submitting your payment.
