Returns & Cancellation Policy
- Every accepted return must be in its original, unused condition, including all items and pieces from the initial bundle.
- Items being returned due to incorrect installation or customer error must not have been dismantled, mounted, or damaged.
- Autoparts Recycler is not responsible for setup or work charges, towing fees, additional repair costs, or rental vehicle fees resulting from this agreement.
- Upon receiving your package, thoroughly inspect all bundles for any missing, damaged, or incorrect pieces. If a part is damaged, DO NOT accept the package and arrange for the shipper to return it to the sender promptly. If a damaged package is left in your absence, contact the shipping company immediately to facilitate the return to the sender.
- Once our warehouse receives your parts, refunds are typically processed and credited within 24-48 hours. The refund will be applied to the payment method used for the original purchase once the returned part(s) has been assessed and processed. You will receive an email with the subject line "credit approved" on the day your refund is processed, if the purchase was made online.
